Check above to see if the site is free for the dates you require. Assuming the site is available either email campsite@FenlandDistrictScouts.org.uk or phone (07971 810 352) the warden to make your booking. For groups outside of Fenland Scouts a deposit of 10% of the estimated camp fee is required on booking, the balance to be paid on camp. Should your numbers change from what the deposit was calculated on you will only be charged for the number who actually camp, not the initial projected number. |
