March and its surroundings have an abundance of community groups, whose members work hard to put on activities of types - plays, shows, exhibitions, sales and more. But it is always a challenge for these groups to publicise their activities or even their existence sometimes, and just as difficult for the public to find out about all the wonderful entertainment and opportunities on their doorstep.

MARDT is proposing to install Community Information Points in March. These will be enclosed, clear fronted notice boards, which will be managed by MARDT and will be used to display local information and will be available to community groups in the area to publicise their activities.

We need your opinion! To be in a position to apply for funding, and indeed to know ourselves that Community Information Points would be well received and used, we need to know what you think. To this end, we have set up two very short surveys and would be grateful if you could take part in the one that is appropriate for yourself.
